STPM..is it really scary?

STPM, stands for Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia also known as Sijil Tunggu Pinangan Mari for certain old folks..haha..

STPM will be the choice before the real last choice, that is working. However, is it not really the last choice for some people. This is because some of the STPM candidates actually get offer into certain universities, it is all because of their choice want to study under form six. But, of course, they have their own reasons of doing so, some may feel that the course given is not suit with their interests, so they continue to further their studies in STPM so that they can get what they really want after STPM.

STPM will be divided into two main stream, that are art stream and science stream. Art stream is way easier than science stream, that is why many students under science stream will apply to change into art stream, cause they want easier study for them. However, that is their interest actually, they want to be a teacher, a lawyer, so why do they have to take science. We cannot blame them because they want to study easier things, art stream. The main thing here is INTEREST. I admit that those who change from science stream to art stream will get better result than those who really get art stream at first, just because their mind is way better than them.

Most of us think that study under science stream is very difficult one, include some of the parents also think like that, even some of the parents may ask their children to change to art stream. Well, I myself admit that science stream is hard to study and not easy to study. However, all you have to do if you want to pass excellence under science stream is study hard. You have to do a lot of efforts so that you can get the real success in science stream. Under science stream, understanding is more important than memorizing. If you understand one single topic, then you can grab it in your hand and score it, but if you don't understand it you cannot do anything no matter how hard you study on it. So, understanding and hard work is what you must have in STPM science stream.
